Rullquin, originally released as Stout Rulllquin, is a blend produced by Gueuzerie Tilquin of lambic with Rulles Brune (from Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles). The blend, which ferments in barrels for 8 months before bottling, consists of 7/8 Brune and 1/8 lambic. The blend is made in the barrel, with a blend of young lambics from multiple sources chosen and added to each barrel before the barrels are filled with the Rulles Brune.
