
Caldera Saison Dry Hopped w/ Red Earth 440ml
Release 018 from the Tweed Caldera is a masterclass in patient brewing. Named after the Beedelup hop-growing region in WA, this saison is a deep exploration of "place." Brewed with organic Voyager malts and sustainable Ryefield hops, it underwent an 18-month journey: 13 months maturing in French oak puncheons and barriques, followed by 5 months of natural conditioning in the can. The result is a light, clean-drinking ale where a distinct oak backbone underpins a tropical explosion of guava, papaya, and stone fruit. It is complex, dry, and exceptionally food-friendly.
